Confirm Shipment application P4915 assigning shipment number to Non-Stock line in Sales order

Hi,

We are using Transportation module for confirm shipment.

We are observing error after confirm Shipment as below:

1. Confirm Shipment application updating shipment number to open non-stock line(Line type N). Which is not even processed through confirm shipment.

2. The shipment status is not moving from 25 to 70

3. We have also observed if we run P4205 application and set processing option to backorder line for unshipped quantity. It is not assigning shipment number to non-stock line. Whereas if we are doing confirm shipment with P4915, it is assigning shipment number to non-stock line.

Is there any setup, which is updating shipment number to all open line. We are using P4915, P49645, P4205 internally calling for confirm shipment.
