Frequent unexplained crs and instances hang and node reboots are observed

Hello,


After moving the GI_HOME and the RDBMS_HOME from ufs local fs to an external zfs fs (EMC VNX) of one of our RAC environment (2 huge databases), many issues of instances hang and nodes reboot happened but always only when we execute a daily backup of a very large database (more than 100To : backup of only READ WRITE TS only around 20To), in parallel with a periodically heavy application which load data from another database from huge tables and stores the extracted data in predefined files in the UNIX fs in the same storage, the load is more than
