When we are uploading document at ESS as extra information, info_id is coming null in this table PQH

if i upload document at ESS as extra information.

unable to find link between per_people_extra_info , PQH_SS_VALUE_HISTORY as to find proper extra info - we need to link PERSON_EXTRA_INFO_ID with some column in PQH table.
