how to override default tax rate and select another tax rate at line level in AP invoice?

Hi,

I am trying to enter a 4% tax for a AP Invoice Line. At line level, I did pass the Tax Classification Code as "ABC_TAX_RATE_4" but I could see the system is calculating the tax on it. it is calculating the Default 16% tax, Tax Classification Code as "ABC_TAX_RATE_16"

The "ABC_TAX_RATE_16" is default tax rate
