Negotiation Early Close Notification Workflow Errors

Hi All,

The seeded notification that is sent to the Supplier upon the early closing of a negotiation is not working as the workflow is erroring every time.  The error seems to be very generic, does anyone have any experience with this?

Workflow Errors: PONAUCT, 33029-30007

Failed Activity   Notify bidder list that auction has been closed early

Activity Type     Function 

Error Name        -6502 

Error Message   ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small 

Error Stack        Wf_Engine_Util.Function_Call(PON_AUCTION_PKG.NOTIFY_BIDDERS_OF_CLOSEEARLY, PONAUCT, 33029-30007, 279006, RUN)
