Tax Classification Code has an extra space

Hi, we have setup new tax condition sets to facilitate the application of tax by the Tax Classification Code using tax rules. 

When the AP user goes to select the tax classification code in the invoice workbench, the tax classification code in the LOV seems to have an extra space in the code (ie City  State),

When the tax code was set up an extra space was included (ie City  State vs City State), however when reviewing the setups in the rules, the extra space does not appear to be present in the tax condition sets, though it is difficult to be certain.
