MD State Periodic Wage Listing report - Contribution report to State

State of MD is requiring the Contribution file from the State Period Wage listing report to be submitted electronically via FTP in a specific format.  One of the four output files for this process is the for the individual wages in a *.MF format.

I need the Contribution file to do the same, the existing *.a01 file.

Record length of 155 with the summary page info.

Is this currently available?
