Bundle Promotion Issue after IP15 upgrade

Dear Experts,

We've upgraded Siebel ecommunications application from 8.0.0.13v to IP2015 PS10.After the upgrade, we see few issues with Bundled promotion products.

We have a Promotion Product where we've the same product added twice with different plans to it based on business requirement.

When we are adding Promotion product from Catalog -> Category using Add Item button, we are finding that the Default Products gets properly added for the first product, whereas for the second product , default Products are not getting added and some default Products are missing in the Order Line Items.

Anyone faced similar issues after IP15 upgrade?
