how to see database instances in MOS to collect data

Hi Experts,

I upgraded OEM from 12c to 13c, everything looks good but I could not see few database instances in MOS --> systems tab.

I checked the Harvester and it ran fine and I also checked the emCCR status and it shows collected every day.

Even I can see all homes and most of databases instances in MOS --> system but few of them are not listed.

What could be the reason and how I can troubleshoot this. Please advice!
