Translation Synchronization Patches - process

Good Day,

We are in the process of performing a Translation Synchronization Patch request with the objective of getting any translation corrections with the Get Latest Translations options.

If we always follow the practice of applying the translated patch when we apply the US patch should we expect to have a high number of objects within the patch and should we expect to have any code containing objects included in the patch such as forms, reports and db packages or solely conc program definitions, messages, functions and the like ?

Also, how are translation corrections released ?  Are they made available as they are corrected or is there a frequency with which they are bundled and released ?  I ask to assess if we should make it a yearly exercise or part of our patching stratetgy to go through this exercise on a scheduled basis.
