move order the transacted quantities have been duplicated

Hi,


For a particular move order the transacted quantities have been duplicated

User has entered correct amount when performing the move order but the transacted amounts are duplicated.

Material transactions form shows the record as 2 transacted lines instead of 1.

What might be the cause and how to correct this?
