AD Password Sync with OIM 11gr2ps3 on SSL not working

Hi experts,

I have LCM 11gr2ps3 OIM-OAM integrated env. I am trying to achieve AD Password Sync with OIM Ps3 on SSL.

Following is the observation  :

1) I am not able to access OIM url on SSL .

2) I am able to access SOA URL on SSL.

3) Password change in AD is not reflected in OIM with error "Password updation failed in child process".

4) Non SSL AD Password Sync is successful .

5) I am able to connect to SSL port of AD and OIM through telnet.

Please give me pointers to solve the issue.
