Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Need justification for XML generation of clearance in RPM 14.1

Hi All,

In version 14.1, after running RPMtoORPOS batches we are getting following types of records in generated XML for particular store of clearance.

With ResetDateTime and StartDateTime
With ResetDateTime only

Could you please provide justification for these two records?
