New SSSE set up is not working

hi Experts,

I ask trying to do  a new SSSE setup. its not working and i am getting the below error in the PIMSIEngine log

PIMSIEngSvcPIMSIError10000000e579908f8:02016-07-28 10:47:53(engmgrsvc.cpp (868)) EngMgrService: : Ping message thread: Error occurred when receiving ping response message.

Siebel Version : Sieble 15

PIMSI Server : windows sever 2008 64 Bit.
