Why Obsolete Items are allowed to be entered on Internal Requisition

Hello

Why Obsolete Items are allowed to be entered on Internal Requisition.

In Purchasing Tab - Purchasing is checked and Purchasable is not.

This is causing IR to be created for Obsolete Items and not able to be received.
