How to Embed Images in Outbound Communication

Hi All,

I want to Embed Images in Outbound Communication for Siebel.  I went through below document but the same is not working for me.

Embedding Images in Outgoing Emails (Doc ID 603317.1)


Please help out to resolve the issue.
