JDE 9.2.03 webclient link logs in fine but no menus or e1pages work

Hello,

We have a 9.2 apps 9.2.0.3 tools JDE setup in proper working condition. Windows Dep server, Linux ES, DB and JAS on same server.

However we have a strange issue. The DV / PY weblinks work fine from the server and fatclients however the same links freezes (login is fine nothing happens after login) outside the server or over the internet.

Server manager links works fine every where. Issue with only JDE links.

We tried all possible steps like host file entries, FQDNS entries, relevant ports are open from network side. Not sure what causes the JDE freezing when the link is accessed over internet or normal office network. Our setup is all per MTR recommendation.
