Need a help on Description User property display position change in Product Configurator screen

Dear Experts,

We have a requirement to change the position of description (Pre-defined User property of Products) in Product Configuration screen.

As vanilla behavior Description message appears in the middle of caption and text box or caption and relationship product item. But we need to show the message below text box control or below product item.

Is there any way to accomplish the above requirement?
