Need Subledger Accounting for Deposit Paid to Govt Authorities

Hi

Our Organisation is doing Tendering Business and Huge amount has been paid to Government Authorities. But presently we do not have the tracking of the money paid to various Government Bodies. Also there is no Aging is maintained as per finance requirement..

Our requirement is that we need to track Deposit Paid to Government Authorities with Aging details.

Also once we get back money from Government Authorities same should be adjusted against each deposits.

Please help
