How to direct to custom OAF page once workflow notification is Approved or Rejected

Hi,

I have a custom OAF form developed there I have provided a link item for a notification approval when user clicks this link it navigate to that particular notification for performing the action (approve, reject). Once the user is clicking the button it redirecting the user to oracle home page, can I change the navigation to my custom form instead oracle home page? I am using AP invoice workflow notifications in my process.
