Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Getting Time out when trying to export results from Item Advance Search

Hi,

Navigated ti Item catalog --> Item Advance search --> Personalised the display format --> Clicked on search --> Selected all --> Choosed Excel 2013 .

When exporting its taking about 30 mins and after that its giving a time out erro.

Please suggest what can be the issue.
