GL accounts in currency tab in payables options are locked to change

Hello!

I'm trying to change Realized Gain, Realized Loss and Rounding accounts in Currency tab of Payables Options, but all these fields are greyed out. Could anyone help to understand why these field are locked for update? I have a lot of operating units and this problem concerns only one of them. I'm on 11.5.10.2 version.
