Is there a way to easily and quickly post announcements on the E1 Home Page ?  Would you use Pages?  I would like users to see an announcement on the home page, like a bulletin board, as soon as they sign on.  They could look to this page in E1 for system issues, etc.  An administrator of some sort would need to be able to quickly post and update announcements.
