Question on Revenue and Invoice Conversion

How do you convert Invoices and Revenue and linking it to an Award?

I have a requirement to convert Award including history of expenditures, revenue and invoices.

For open invoices, one option we are thinking of is to mark expenditures on these open invoices as billable in interface. Once we import them, generate invoices and transfer to AR. This will take care of open invoices.

Any suggestions on how to convert invoices and revenue?
