Pick Applet and Edit mode data entry Issue

Hi,

On Service Request, user has the ability to pick a contact from existing account contact or can create a new contact and associate it to the account as well as to the Service Request. Recently we upgraded to Siebel 15.7 Open UI from 8.0.0.10.

Since upgrade when user creates a new contact (in Edit mode), after they enter values in few fields (say Last Name, First Name, Department) when they enter a value in another field (say email), it will remove values from first 3 fields. I have not seen a pattern, to pin point issue with any specific field. There are 10 field on the applet. Issue can occur with any combination of fields which will wipe out values from previously entered fields. Attached sif file of the applet.
