Track FMLA hours taken as well as eligibility

We need to track FMLA hours taken to ensure employees to not take more than the 480 hours allowed.    We also need a way to know the employee has been here a year and has worked the required 1250 hours to be eligible to take FMLA. 

Has anyone set FMLA tracking up in Oracle?    If so, can you share how you did it.
