Our MS Lync/Skype for Business just did an update and now we have a new issue around the SDP for calls to Response Groups and only Response Groups, all other call types are not affected.  The change was introduced as part of the April 2015 CU for Lync servers. The MS Lync engineers noted that this has been an issue only with Oracle SBC's.

Here is the Lync error: TL(WARN(TF_COMPONENT) (Collaboration,MediaSessionAgentWorkitem:mediasessionagent.cs(33))

(000000000069079E)<AudioVideoFlowCore_2f516A3) Received SDP answer invalid. Reason: Incompatible stream status/direction. Diagnostics code Mismatched or OutOfOrderMedia.

Here is our call flow:  a call comes from AT&T IPFR into Lync and is sent to a response group. If the call is not answered and goes to voicemail, Lync sends a re-invite with a Media Attribute of (A): "inactive". We are not supporting refers within the Lync environment due to other systems within the enterprise.
