EBS -12.1.3 -Calling oracle web services (Integarted SOA gateway) takes wrong user context as 'SYSAD

Hi All,

I am trying to call oracle web service registered through integrated soa gateway responsibility though . Everything works fine expect invoked program user context is coming as SYSADMIN. But if you invoke web service form soap ui correct user context is coming.  SOA log  shows below information.
