Questions on HFM 11.1.2.4 Resources Requirement

Hi,

I am planning migrating the current HFM application from 11.1.1.3 to 11.1.2.3 or 11.1.2.4, but when I check with the consult, the feedback was upgrade to 11.1.2.3.700, and 11.1.2.4 would require higher hardware configuration, the consult said, they have tried testing the performance on 11.1.2.4, and find when someone login to system and running some task, the system freezes that no one can login until the task completed.

Does anyone experience this issue, and how we can resolve the problem, or this may happen to certain instance.
