hi i am upgrading 12.0.4 ro 12.1.1 and applying patch 7303030

Patch is stucked due to worked failed on FNDLOAD APPS/***** 0 Y UPLOAD @AR:patch/115/import/arabl.lct @AR:patch/115/import/US/aroicab2.ldt

Error loading seed data for AR_AGING_BUCKET_LINES:  AGING_BUCKET_ID = 2, AGING_BUCKET_LINE_ID = 8,  ORA-00001: unique constraint (AR.AR_AGING_BUCKET_LINES_B_U1) violated
