Required Fields Color not update n Create Button Click.

Hi, i have a PR on form applet. in which i have a rule if a field is empty then turn it into red color otherwise in green color.it works fine on a record detail but wen i click on new record button then same coloring applies on the same fields with green color even fields are empty.
