REGARDING REFERENCE ACCOUNT IN ACCOUNT SITE THROUGH SOAP WEB SERVICES IN ORACLE FUSION

I want to update or add a new reference account in the customer site but i am not finding any solution how to do it. Kindly help if anyone knows about it.
