Insert journal entry using BSSV in 9.2 doesn't validate data - webservices

We need to insert journal entries in JDE 9.2 using BSSV. We found standard J0900002 (insertBatchJournalEntry) which insert in F0911z1.

When we use insertBatchJournalEntry it doesn’t validate essential information as account. The answer of that BSSV doesn’t give any error, it looks as everything is right but in fact the account was wrong.

I don’t understand why it was not developed to insert into F0911 directly....

Has anybody modified insertBatchJournalEntry to validate information or to insert directly in F0911?

Any advice?
