Options to interface HR employee Data from one Oracle Instance to another

Hi All,

In our firm, we maintain the HR employee/payroll processing data in an Oracle instance and the Financials/Procurement in another Oracle ERP instance. The problem here is to keep the HR employee records on the Financials/Procurement system upto date and in sync with those on the HR Oracle instance. Appreciate any suggestions/optionsfor doing this.
