Sales Order Transfer finished configured item

Current scenario

sale quote 1, with configured item 2, is converted to order 3 in branch plant 4.

After completing item 2, lot 5,  in branch plant 4, we need to transfer item 2, lot 5, to branch plant 6.

What I think should happen:

1)Cancel order 3, with item 2, lot 5.

2)Enter a ST/OT order (call this order ST 6, and OT 7) from branch plant 4, to branch plant 6, of item 2,lot 5

3)ship confirm order 6

4)receive order 7 (this errors, see attached)
