Ability to both Print and email Separate Remittance Advice

As per Oracle Note 'R12 AP: How To Review Separate Remittance Advice (SRA) Which Was Sent To The Supplier Via E-Mail (Doc ID 1968870.1)' there is a limitation to have both print and email option.

I believe this will be the requirement for most of the customers. Has anyone tried to build a custom program to print the remittance advice in such scenario or implement any other custom solution to achieve the same?

Any inputs will be highly appreciated.
