SIP Session Constraint

in Acme Packet (MOSC) Question

I was wondering to know if there is any document that describes in depth about how to implement sip session constraint on Acme Packet net-net 4500 on software version scz720 series. I have checked ACLI document for the mentioned software version, it does have the section (SIP Request Method Throttling) that says how to apply the constraint to either sip-interface or session-agent, but doesn't have any example that can explain in more detail as how this mechanism works and each parameter does. I have tried to apply on our lab 4500 unit and ran test calls but my applied constraint
