Rapidwiz taking long time to complete system checks

We are performing an upgrade from 11i to R12.2.5.  During this pass we are at the step of running Rapidwiz the second time to configure R12.  It is taking hours to complete the system checks.  It is still running but is taking a long time.  We are currently at 6 hours and that seems unreasonable.  The first pass ran and we did not see issues on the timing.  Anyone has thoughts on how long this should take?  I didn't see any hits on metalink on this.

We are running on AIX 7.1
