Approval Buttons are not displaying at the bottom of the page in Mobile Expense

Hi ,

I am seeing an issue on mobile approval page where approval buttons are not displaying at the bottom of the page. Instead "Home Icon" ,"Search Icon" and some more image icons are displaying at the left side of the mobile approval page. Please let me know what could be the possible reason causing this issue.

Issue: When login on mobile expense and "Approval Tile" is displayed which shows the no# of counts pending for approval. When Approver clicks on the "Approval Tile" pending approval page is displayed which shows the list of expense reports waiting approval. On this page i am seeing the image icons appearing left side of the page.
