Summary profile not displaying Source system balances

Hi,

we are currently implementing ARM 11.2.3.7

For some reason one of our summary profiles is not picking up source system balances from it's child reconciliations.

The summary profile is displaying all of it's child reconciliations but with an empty source system balance  and when we click on each child through the summary profile we see the source system balance.

However the summary profile view does not display these balances. (this is happening only for one summary profile, the rest work fine)

Please help !!
