Set UBE Error system Function to send Error message to Wok center

Hi Team,

Will the Set UBE Error system function automatically sends the error message to Work center? I'm pretty aware , about the fact that the Set UBE error system function can be used to print the error message directly to PDF output. But can we use this system function to send the error message directly to Work center or how can i accomplish this logic to send the error  message to the Work center rather than displaying on the PDF output.
