Customer reports instability in the early morning hours ORA-12518 and ORA-12537 - ldap?

One of our customers - large site - reports that those users who are starting our application in the shop floor as early as 6:30 a.m.

are having stability problems. They are often getting: ORA-12518 or an ORA-12537 .

Connection is made via LDAP
