Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. I disconnect user administrator domain and I connect with local user and I execute the command

oswatch.bat result

Start of Operating System Watcher for Windows

Error:

OSWatcher uses the OS utility Logman to gather its data.

Logman can only write its output to a local drive.

fOSWatcher therefore can only be run from a local drive.

I don't understand what is the problem

can you help me ?
