Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. In our R12.2.5 test instance, after publishing a report set, copies of report are automatically saved.

1. View report from concurrent manager

2. Select view report

3. Select Output type Excel

4. Report created in excel

5. Save report with a new name in share drive

6. A copy of the file is saved with original name

How can we stop automatic copies of the report out put file?
