AM PI Extract - abending on Unique Constraint

hi - we are on FIN 9.2 tools 8.54. this is the first time we are running PI Extract in Prod after the upgrade, although we successfully tested it.

we are getting a unique constraint error when we run step 1 - create extract. it appears to be having a problem with the PS_COST_BAL_VW record - from the PI_EXTRACT_VW  the cost balance record is returning multiple rows.

any ideas?
