oem 12c agent keeps becoming unreachable.

Hi all. 

we are running oracle 11.2.0.3 and 11.2.0.4 ee databases on a windows 2008 r2 server and have the oem 12.1.0.2 agent running there.  this has been working fine for us for quite some time (over a year now), but recently the oem agent on the console keeps becoming unreachable.  i then go to the db server and check status and some times it stays agent is running and ready but sometimes it says running but not ready. 

I am begining to think we may have reached some type of limit.  we have almost 70 databases running on this windows db server and capacity of memory for the server is 196 Gig.  We are consuming 177 GB of it so memory is getting a bit tight.
