I am getting following error while applying the patch

onewaycopyAction : Source File "/u01/oracle/software/23054246/23054246/files/sqlpatch/23054246/20213895/23054246.xml" does not exists or is not readable

'oracle.rdbms, 12.1.0.2.0': Cannot copy file from '23054246.xml' to '/u01/app/oracle/product/12.1.0/dbhome_1/sqlpatch/23054246/20213895/23054246.xml'

Did anyone face this issue
