Contacts upload : how to block some emails ?

Hi,

Sorry for my English.

I'm a beginner in ELOQUA.

I'd like to know if it is possible to block some emails when importing/uploading Contacts ?

Like a blacklist.

It is complicated to do the job at the source as the BI tech told me it would take like half year before he can look into my issue.

So I want to try on the end side, ELOQUA.
