Number format is set to '10,000.00' but in FSG report is displayed '10.000,00'

Hi,

We are in release 11i, and for only one user we are facing a issue with number format in FSG reports.

I want to mention that the FSG reports are accessed from 35 users but only for one of them the number format is 'not working'.

In user preferences we have set the Number Format option as '10,000.00', and the profile option 'ICX: Numeric characters' is set to '10,000.00'  in user level, also the profile options 'Currency:Thousands Separator' is set to 'Yes' in site level but in the FSG report the numbers are displayed in the format '10.000,00'.
