relocate move vip and second listener from one node to another node in RAC 11g

Hi masters:

1) I would like add a local listener and vip to clusterware... following the documentation seems that these are the sentences:

srvctl add listener -l listener_mts "tcp:1547" -o /oracle/oradb_11gR2/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/Db_1 -n bcn1-db-oracle-105p1

srvctl add vip -n bcn1-db-oracle-105p1 -A /bcn1-oracle-edreal-c1-vip5/10.2.4.xxx/10.2.4.0/255.255.255.0/vnic20z1 -v

2) I would like to move the vip and the listener    

$ srvctl relocate vip -i vip1 -n node3

$ srvctl relocate listener?¿?¿ is possible? and is possible that create a dependence that moves listener and vip asociated?
